Why Puyun
Manufacturing capabilities
Everything below happens under our own roof, with our own people. Where we use supply-chain partners, we say so.
Structure review
You send a drawing, a 3D file, a physical sample or a reference photo. Our engineers check wall thickness, draft angles, sealing geometry and demoulding before anyone quotes a price. This is where most avoidable problems get caught.
Mould design & making
3D mould design, steel selection and machining. Single-cavity prototype tools for validation, multi-cavity production tools for volume. Typical new tooling: 30–45 days depending on complexity and cavitation.
Sampling
First-shot samples for your approval, with dimensional and fit checks. Sample lead time after tooling is normally 7–10 days. Changes at this stage cost a fraction of changes after mass production starts.
Injection moulding
58 machines running PP, PE, PC, PET and Tritan. Food-contact material grades are used for all drinkware, under our production licence for food-grade plastic packaging containers.
Decoration
Screen printing, pad printing and laser engraving for logos and artwork. We test print adhesion before running the batch — a logo that rubs off in transit is a returned container.
Assembly & testing
Seals, lids, straws, carabiners and cutlery assembled in-house. Airtightness testing, drop testing and functional checks on the line, with 20 QC staff across the floor.
Packing & export
OPP bag, colour box, gift box or your own artwork. Carton data confirmed before booking. We support the documentation buyers need for customs clearance.
Mould storage & repeat orders
Your tool stays in our racks under your name. A repeat order goes straight to the machine — no new tooling cost, and a shorter lead time than the first run.
Global reach
Materials we run
Vacuum-insulated stainless and titanium drinkware is produced with qualified supply-chain partners. Puyun controls material sourcing, assembly coordination, airtightness testing, drop testing and final inspection on those lines.
