OEM & ODM
Two ways to work with us, depending on how finished your idea already is.
OEM — you have the design
You send drawings, 3D files or a physical sample. We review the structure, quote tooling and unit price, cut the mould, sample for your approval and produce. You own the design; the mould stays in our plant and runs only your orders.
ODM — you have a brief
You describe the market, the price point and the use case. We propose existing tooling that fits, or adapt an existing mould — a new lid, a different capacity, a changed grip. This is much faster and much cheaper than new tooling, and covers most promotional and retail projects.
Order and tooling
Minimum order quantity depends on the product, the colour count and whether new tooling is involved. Tell us your target quantity in the enquiry form and we will give you a straight answer rather than a standard number that fits nobody.

Booking after full inspection
The 50 working days run from the approved 3D file to a finished order ready for inspection — mould, first-shot samples and production are inside that window, not stacked on top of it. Moulds are cut as a complete set. A repeat order on existing tooling skips the mould entirely and runs at 2,000 pcs per day.

Order terms at a glance
The numbers buyers ask for before they send a drawing. These are our working figures, not best-case figures.

The 50 days are working days, not calendar days, and they cover the whole project — not just the mould. A new programme signed off in January has a finished order ready around mid-March; plan your season backwards from that.
