Our own moulds, not rented tooling
Puyun began as a mould shop. Structure review, 3D design, steel selection and machining all happen in-house. A mould is quoted and cut as a complete set, the whole programme runs 50 working days from approved file to finished order, and your mould runs only your orders.
58 machines under one roof
A 12,000 m² floor running PP, PE, PC, PET and Tritan at 800,000–1,000,000 pieces per month. No sub-contracting your order to a workshop you have never seen.
Audited, certified, food-contact licensed
amfori BSCI audited by SGS, ISO 9001:2015 certified with IAF and CNAS accreditation, and a Chinese production licence for food-grade plastic packaging containers.
Built for small and mid-sized brands
MOQ from 2,000 pcs on drinkware and 1,000 on household, five samples per model, and one contact from enquiry to shipment. We take a 2,000-piece first order as seriously as a full container.

Enquiry & structure review
Send a drawing, sample or reference photo. Our engineers check wall thickness, sealing geometry and demoulding before anyone quotes.
Quotation
Unit price, tooling cost, MOQ and lead time in one reply — normally within one working day.
Tooling, sampling & production
Mould cut as a complete set, first-shot samples for your approval, then injection, printing, assembly and testing — 50 working days end to end from the approved 3D file, with 20 QC staff across the floor.
Inspection & shipping
Full inspection before packing, carton data confirmed before booking, and export documentation support.
