Our own moulds, not rented tooling
Puyun began as a mould shop. Structure review, 3D design, steel selection and machining all happen in-house, so a new tool is ready in 30–45 days and your mould runs only your orders.

A 12,000 m² floor running PP, PE, PC, PET and Tritan at 800,000–1,000,000 pieces per month. No sub-contracting your order to a workshop you have never seen.

Enquiry & structure review
Send a drawing, sample or reference photo. Our engineers check wall thickness, sealing geometry and demoulding before anyone quotes.
Quotation
Unit price, tooling cost, MOQ and lead time in one reply — normally within one working day.
Tooling & sampling
Mould design and machining in 30–45 days, first-shot samples for your approval in another 7–10.
Mass production
Injection, printing, assembly, airtightness and drop testing, with 20 QC staff across the floor.
Inspection & shipping
Full inspection before packing, carton data confirmed before booking, and export documentation support.
