A mould shop that grew into a drinkware factory
Puyun started in mould research and development. That origin still shapes how we work: we would rather fix a problem in the steel than in the finished part.
Where we are
Taizhou Puyun Plastic Mold Co., Ltd was founded in September 2017 in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang — the densest mould-making cluster in China. Being inside that cluster means steel, machining capacity and specialist trades are all within a short drive, which is why our tooling lead times are measured in weeks rather than months.
How we grew
We began by making moulds for other people's products. As customers asked us to run the parts as well, we added injection capacity, then assembly, then quality control and export documentation. Today 118 people work across product development, moulding, decoration, assembly, QC and order fulfilment.
Who we work with
Our customers are small and mid-sized brands, importers, promotional gift companies, retail chains and trading partners in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Most of them do not want a thousand-container supplier — they want a factory that will take a 3,000-piece first order seriously and still answer the phone at the second one.
What we care about
Drinkware fails in predictable ways: the lid leaks, the seal hardens, the carabiner snaps, the print rubs off. We test for those specifically — airtightness, drop resistance, print adhesion — because a returned container costs everyone more than a rejected batch.
