Order terms at a glance
The numbers buyers ask for before they send a drawing. These are our working figures, not best-case figures.
| Minimum order | 2,000 pcs per model — drinkware 1,000 pcs per model — household |
|---|---|
| Samples | 5 pcs per model. Free from an existing mould; tooling cost applies to a new design. |
| New tooling | 50 working days from approved 3D file to a finished order ready for inspection (about 10 weeks) — mould, samples and production all inside that window. Moulds are cut as a complete set, never cavity by cavity. |
| Repeat orders | No tooling cost and no waiting for tooling. Output runs at 2,000 pcs per day, so a 20,000 pc repeat order is roughly two weeks on the floor. |
| Packing | OPP bag as standard, 5-ply corrugated export carton. Colour box, gift box and your own artwork on request. |
| Palletising | Euro pallet 1200 × 800 mm on request; loose-loaded by default. |
| Payment | T/T 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance after inspection and before loading. Tooling is paid in full before the mould is cut. |
| Terms | FOB Ningbo, quoted in USD. Other Incoterms on request. |
The 50 days are working days, not calendar days, and they cover the whole project — not just the mould. A new programme signed off in January has a finished order ready around mid-March; plan your season backwards from that.
